Hello, I’m Melissa Murray. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your body, mind, and spirit.
I have been a Registered Massage Therapist for 16 years, working in both the Niagara and Toronto regions. I’m passionate about providing personalized care through all stages of life and growth.
My treatments may include Swedish massage, Reiki, and hydrotherapy, with a focus on headaches and migraines, chronic pain, postural imbalances, arthritic conditions, stress and anxiety, trigger points, prenatal and postpartum care, and pediatric and infant care.
I believe healing is an active process and enjoy working collaboratively with my clients toward their wellness goals. Treatment may also include simple “homework” such as stretching, strengthening, hydrotherapy, and stress-reduction strategies.
I have a special place in my heart for pregnancy and postpartum care and love supporting new parents, infants, and children through the many changes that come with growth and family life.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy the delightful chaos of life with my two lively sons, a good book, Pilates, and long walks and talks with close friends.

Laura Richardson is the principal Osteopathic Manual Practitioner at Natural Life. She completed her Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Osteopathy at Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia in 2006 and has been practising for 20 years.
Laura brings extensive clinical experience to her practice, having completed thousands of patient treatments and worked alongside osteopathic practitioners trained in Australia, Canada, England and France. This diverse professional background has helped shape a broad, individualized approach to assessment and treatment.
Laura works with patients across the lifespan and has particular experience and interest in treating infants, prenatal and postpartum patients, as well as individuals presenting with more complex or persistent concerns.
She is committed to ongoing professional development and to providing thoughtful, individualized osteopathic care based on each patient’s needs.
